Upper Cumberland Family Dentistry

Would NOT recommend this place. They messed up 2 teeth. Brought me back in a week later and said nothing was wrong, to call back if it got worse. It got way worse! The dentist was very nice but the office don’t care,I emailed, called for 2 days trying to get back in only for them to want me to come in later date. My pain wasn’t a priority and was rude. Still haven’t got an email back to this day. I missed work because of the pain was unbearable. So I called another dentist in Cookeville and they told me to come ASAP after I told them what was going on. They took care of me and made the pain better. Upper Cumberland Family Dentistry wouldn’t get me back in a reasonable time or give me a refund for the mess up. So I’m out more money to get it fixed right. But I’m glad I found a new dentist because they are very knowledgeable and very caring.

We have been really happy with the services at this Dentist office in Algood. They do a great job with scheduling and even reminders of upcoming appointments. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The office area is clean and professional too. The workers are polite and friendly as well. There is plenty of parking too. They are good to answer any questions that you may have. And, they do a good job informing/educating us on what they find is going on with our teeth (good or bad). I feel we are in good hands here. I saw Dr. Mimms and staff today today. I am new to the area and was recommended by a friend from the gym. This is the best dentist office I have ever visited. From the front desk(Mell I think) to the wonderful assistant(Jordan). Dr. MImms was very gentle and quite skillful at repairing a broken tooth.
