Towne & Country is by far the best, most caring flower shop I have had the pleasure to work with. I live 9 hours from my mother who moved from the Chicago area to Cookeville when my father retired. I miss her every day and send flowers often through Towne & Country. They always arrive on time and looking beautiful, and I always receive a phone call if any changes need to be made(once a vase needed to be swapped for a similar one in the same color). Thank you Towne & Country for being so easy to work with, and for helping me make all of my mommas days, good or bad, as bright and as special as she is

I called and ordered Valentines Days flowers for my fiance. Went in and was told to give them 20 minutes then said it would be a hour and a half. Went back later on to pick them up to find out that the flowers I had ordered had been given to someone else. How does this happen? When I specifically ordered this one specific item. I mean come on. Good thing I hadnt already paid for them or I would have said more than just turning around and walking out. To say I was upset is a understatement. How do you run a business like that by giving someone elses flowers away?

The flowers I had ordered were arranged and delivered more beautifully and quicker than any other florist I've done business with. Most definitely a return customer.
