I moved into a senior complex for 62 + on July 1st. there was no rack in the oven and they were suppose to order one. I finally got one a month later to find out that the stove doesn't heat correctly. they sent out a repair man about a week ago and he told me they have taken a beating on these stoves and had to replace most. He turned on the oven and turned if over right away he said he was going to order a regulator( for an electric stove) also I told him the rack in the oven isn't correct as it does not pull in and out easily. When the apt manager called to find out what was going on. the repair guy said he was out twice and he was not only came out once and said he used a temp gauge which must have been invisible but i never seen it and I was standing right next to him. they are claiming nothing is wrong with the stove but it does not cook food. and will not rep l a c e i t. this is how the company treats elderly people . I would never recommend them for anything. the stove was also suppose to come with a broiler pan but i guess that s invisible too I only give one star because i could not post without rating them but honestly they are the worst and the repair man out and out lied
