        PLEASE NOTE MY UPDATED REVIEW BELOW THE ORIGINAL REVIEW Not helpful at all. I own a $700 electronic lock and only needed it installed into a new location by experts. They will not touch a lock unless they sold it to you. EDIT I'd like to change my review in light of the owner's explanation as well as his professional and considerate response. I wasn't made aware that my current lock could have been a dead end for a third party locksmith. I humbly apologize for my overreaction and poor review. I've only embarrassed myself and I was wrong.
