Cookeville Pain & Wellness Clinic

I have never experienced someone being treated so poorly at a medical establishment(I use that term very loosely) My wife drove an hour to this terrible place to take my elderly very much handicap father inlaw for his monthly appointment. Because he is very much handicapped and can't really walk more than a couple steps she pulled up to the front door and went in and got a wheel chair. She got him out of her Yukon and into the wheel chair, pushed him inside and went back outside. This whole process took a couple minutes at most. As she was coming out to move her vehicle into a parking spot an extremely rude, snarky, and confrontational employee started yelling a her that she couldn't park there. She tried to explain that she was just getting her dad into the office and was going to move her vehicle but he was too busy yelling at her and trying to make her feel ignorant by asking her what was wrong with her and telling her how she was blocking the whole parking lot and nobody could get in(which was not true in the least). After she moved her vehicle She had our 16 year old daughter go in with my father inlaw because she was shaken up so bad and not feeling well(she has MS). After a few minutes go by she calms down enough to call me at work and tell me whats going on, the little **ck comes out and hunts her down in the parking lot. She rolls her window down thinking something is going on with her dad. When she rolls the window down he starts berating her again and tells her shes never allowed to come back there and her dad will have to find someone else to bring him. Our 12 year old daughter was in the back seat. She had me on speaker phone on her vehicle so I heard the whole conversation and was appalled! The worst thing about the whole debacle is my children had to go through this incredible display of rudeness, inconsiderate and demeaning fiasco. AND, my wife has called me back to say that her dad has now gone into respiratory distress after getting upset at this mess(he has severe COPD) and they won't let her inside! How is this place still in business! I WILL be contacting corporate over this MESS!!

I have takn pain meds 14 yrs.I chose to try here.I was on my last day of medication.They took my payment of 225$.did not have my records,although I had my own.She refused to give me anything!!!!! Without records.Told me to come back in Two weeks!!!!! I made a commitment,its no wonder ppl buy meds off the street.On my way home,they left a msg,refusing to greet me,because of my comment.

I am so proud I found this clinic. Before I was limited what I could do now I have a life. Before I had to watch what I did because of the pain I was in but since going to the clinic I can actually do the things I want to do. One of the things I really missed doing was riding my horses but now I can. They are so helpful and so nice. They do everything they can do to help you. I love all the people over they they are so so sweet and understanding. Some people didnt understand the pain I was in but they did. Thank You Very Much for that, Thanks to Cookville Pain and Wellness I got my life back.
