Cumberland Physical Therapy

I highly recommend Cumberland Physical Therapy. I was having some shoulder and hip issues and was referred for physical therapy. I was very pleased with the treatment I received and with each and every staff member I encountered during my treatment . In addition to the therapy sessions on-site I was given exercises to work on at home, and at the end of my treatment time was given an exercise plan to maintain and strengthen my shoulder and hip. In addition to a wonderful staff I also liked the convenient location on Spring Street. While Physical therapy itself is not always fun I did look forward to my visit each time,b I knew it was making a difference and the folks there are so friendly.

I just finished 12 physical therapy sessions here and my experience was wonderful. Each member of the staff I interacted with was friendly, competent, professional, caring, and helpful. Mia was my PT for each visit. Her knowledge of core muscle repair was impressive, yet she was able to simplify the exercises for me to understand each time. If I had questions she was patient and thorough--never rushed. I would highly recommend CPT as your physical therapy destination. The knowledge I gained there and the healing my body was able to do, was all because they were able to tailor my journey to getting better to my specific needs. Thank you so much, CPT! You are by far the best.

Almost 3 years ago, i tore my rotator cuff and i just randomly picked a therapist from the list. Boy did i luck out!! When i tore my other rotator cuff and had to have it surgically repared as well, there was no other option for me! The ladies at Cumberland Physical Therapy are great and i highly recommend them if you're unfortunate enough to need therapy.
