Did you say GRAVY????? WOW, my chicken fried chicken came topped with GRAVY, but when I asked for them to not be shy with it, they brought me a whole nother bowl of it!!

I've been to many Texas roadhouse restaurants all over the country. This one by a huge margin was the worst. Got there Friday evening, had to wait 45 minutes. Absolutely no problem, my bad for not calling ahead. We finally get seated and the waitress took our order, got the incorrect items the first time around, which we get it, they're busy and people make mistakes. What bothered me was we waited for the correction, she seemed to forget our original order and other roadhouse restaurants always bring more than just one tray of bread while you're waiting for your food. We finally got our steaks (16oz ribeye and 6oz sirloin) the sirloin was tough and my ribeye tasted like it was forgotten on the heating lamp. Neither were the tender steaks we have come to enjoy from Texas Roadhouse. Our sides were good, which saved the meal. Just very unfortunate to have this chain fall below standards for what Texas Roadhouse stands for.

We were seated in a small room with just a few tables. It was nice because we didn't have to talk over anything or anyone. Our waitress helped us with the menu. Our drinks were brought out exactly as ordered and our food also. Our steaks were perfect. Love the baked potatoes.
