        Several local drivers have a bad tendency to check the web to see if a business is open (at 5am) and then say they attempted to deliver the package but the business was closed. Yes, at 5am we are closed but they didn't attempt to deliver it at that time. They need someone that is willing to do their job. I will and I recommend others to use the big brown truck, at least they're honest. Just for confirmation, I watched our cctv video from 5am to 5:40am and never did a truck pull through.

        I had an attempted delivery today. The driver sped past my house and never even stopped. After checking tracking, it stated he attempted delivery and left a door tag. I was SITTING on my front porch waiting!!! I wasted a whole day because my package needed signed for and they did nothing to fix the problem!!!
