Booked repair in early May, all I ever received were excuses and postponements. Waited 6 weeks and Chip finally came by to inspect the truck steering wheel. There was a thread pulled loose on the back side of the steering wheel. He said he wouldn't feel right repairing it with the loose thread. Nothing but excuses and a total waste of time. I sent him pictures and VIN # 6. Weeks ago. I understand he had some people problems in his company. Very disappointing experience.

I Appreciated the quick response by Chris. He was on time for the both appointments; to give me an estimate and the actual installation. He was very helpful in helping me to make the deciion to have a vinyl overlay made for my chairs. I recommend Fibrenew and Chris for any leather/vinyl replacement or repair.

New King Ranch Truck My Blue Heeler Puppy Chewed My Leather Door Panel up, a New Panel was like 900 from the Dealer. I called Fibrenew Chip Cox Came out to our office evaluate the door a panel and gave me a price of 150 dollars which was an Great price but Chips workmanship is Awesome the door panel looks Brand New I would Highly recommend his work Thanks again Chip.

Chip did an amazing job on the leather arm rest and center console in my older BMW. The color and finish matched perfectly. He is great to work with and was very accommodating in working around my schedule. Highly recommend.

Chip is the ultimate professional! He is jovial, timely and very courteous. He replaced my cracked/split console in my 2018 Yukon and I am ultimately pleased (especially since this is a new vehicle and I have zero idea how it happened). Not only was the work impeccable, but he and his "staff member" Boudreaux gave me a few laughs while the work was being completed. Chip is the "go-to" guy for ANY type of restoration!!!!
