        I ordered control arms for my xj and they never shipped them out. Called both them and FedEx, FedEx told me they never shipped them out. Called they said FedEx had them and they don't know what happened.. customer service shipped a new set but I fear the same bs will happen again. And I am in need of the control arms...

        Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Corey on the chat was more useless and turned off chat instead of helping. Website wouldn't generate shipping, guy on phones solution was to use a different address. Sure let's have 1500 bucks worth of parts just shipped anywhere. Customer service is not a priority with this company. Fail.

        They claim there product low profile bed cover was all aluminum…… well that shouldn’t rust….. contacted them about it and got the run around for a week for them not to just man up and say hey we aren’t going to back up our product and send you a replacement….. contact a family attorney and he is going to take the cover and get all the pieces checked for material type and go from there with action….. your product is no good unless you back it up guys.

        Overall I think the quality is really good for the prices they offer. I've ordered several things from them now. I did however have a hard time finding balljoints for there upper control arms and when they sent me them it came with no hard wear not even the nut on the ball joint or snap ring. I would expect better after being a costumer for years. Prices are good and the staff seems nice.
