I am only giving this business one star due to the friendly service from the female associate. I recently had my down/queen comforter in. Picked up the next day where, it was still filthy. Brought back in, was told that it was nail polish and cannot clean again. It wasn't polish, but a small speck of food. Took comforter out of bag and the down feathers were burnt in 3 huge places. Called and was told that the owner would get back to me where, I waited and waited for a call. He never called me back! I am now out of a dry cleaning bill and an expensive comforter.
