This place has changed it used to be the best!! How do you clean a childs teeth knowing they are going to be in pain a few days says the doctor but not willing to provide an excuse for the child for school?? So was he supposed to go to school in pain ? They told me I could bring him back but would have to pay $28 it seems they think no one has the money or something I mean I paid $28 yesterday why wouldnt I be able to pay $24 today and my son is in pain . Lets be serious here!!! First it was a matter of he changed insurances and they werent sure if the fluoride would be covered so I inquired about how much it was it was freaking $30 I mean why not just say hey mom if insurance doesn't cover can you pay instead of making a big deal about some Fluoride I mean geesh come on people $30 they need to get it together before they be closed for their professionalism

I have been bringing my grandchildren here for nearly 2 years and they absolutely look forward to their visits. The staff is so kind from the front desk to the dentist. The activities in the waiting area are a wonderful way to occupy your wait time and make your visit less stressful and exciting

It isnt awful. The waiting area is nice. I had to wait over 6 months for my childs cavities to be dealt with. However, once we got to the appointment, they said they would have to try again in 2 weeks because my son didnt respond to the medication thats supposed to keep him calm. 2 weeks later and they tell me to go somewhere else and write down that my son has bad behavior. He is 3. He did not behave badly, he was scared and the medicine they gave him didnt do anything to keep him calm.
