I needed a crown done. When they prepped my tooth for the crown, the dental assistant AND Stavely did too.I tried to tell her I felt pressure, and in an ugly smart*** tone said I wasn't hurting it was just the packing. They had to give me another shot. When the "torture" was over, the right side of my body started shaking uncontrollably. The assistant (not the Dr) was with me and I asked 3 times what's wrong with me. The Dr didn't come back in. I basically felt ignored. When I got my permanent crown Stavely pounded on my crown with some tool using what felt like a hammer and stake. I yelled and was halfway off the chair. All she said was "That's never happened before". She never told me anything. After her banging on my crown, I had to tell them to give me some gas. Stavely has no bedside manner at all!! I'm 57, and I've NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THAT! Of course after all of that work to place my permanent crown, she told me to keep an eye on it cause I may need a root canal. Of course no pain meds given. If I would have had 3 days worth, it would have helped some with the painful transition of the roughest dentist I've EVER known!

The entire team is outstanding, very professional and they make you feel at ease. Which is great for those of you like myself who are hesitant, fearful or afraid of being judged. I always feel like I am in good hands! I dont want to forget the amazing office staff! They are very welcoming, friendly and eager to assist you with any questions you may have.
