Maikeisha pollard is very unprofessional, I came to pay my bill. I have sr22 insurance, I've had this insurance & have been with this company for at least 4 years. I know what my insurance is & how sr22 works, she was trying to be smart, telling me that my insurance is not gonna save me, I stated I knew what insurance I have she continued to be very ugly & stated "I know you know who I am" (laughed) & said I'm not on that, that's why I'm in a better position than you & laughed again. I will not be back & I will be changing insurance, it's a shame. Ohh & she also slammed my debit card on the table at me

I called one afternoon and Cassie did the quote online and guaranteed I could come in the next day and fill it out. It literally took 10 minutes. In and out.

Cassie was very nice and helped me out tremendously! The other lady in there was very nice as well with her customer and they were going above their means to try to help the other person in there! I was in and out less than 10mins with affordable coverage!
