      image Staff was extremely friendly. Facility was neat and clean. Rates were very fair as well. Cant ask for more!

      image The service was fine. Having Starbucks available was great. But the room was not marriott standard. The mattress was long overdue to be replaced, electric receptacles loose, hair dryer filthy. Rooms and equipment need refreshing.

      image The pool WAS GREEN! There is literally stuff under the pool. The exercise room smelled musty. With what we paid and the information given to us about the pool being ready and warm... it was not! It is out of date and there's rust on the doors. Towels had stuff on them. Looked like it was not touched in weeks.
      Definitely not doing this hotel again. The king suite was clean and the only thing that was ok.
      The pizza place across the street in the plaza Long Hollow Pizza was AMAZING. The kids loved the food after a horrible pool experience
