Don’t do it it definitely ain’t worth the money you pay management is a joke!Put in a work request on February 18th and still nothing been fixed!The property manager Kim is very unprofessional,rude,and falsely added charges to my account I got all receipts to show she did to make it look like I owed more money!I contacted her and the beginning of the week cause I am unable to pay my rent on the portal (Due to her deactivating it) and she stated I was under eviction for non payment (which I can’t pay due to the deactivation of the portal) This shocked me due to not receiving a written letter saying I was under eviction and the reasoning why!She stated that I would be contacted by the attorney l,I asked for attorneys number and contact information and she refused to give it to me!I know my rights and this is very illegal especially cutting off the portal so I can’t pay in the proper amount of time to stop the eviction!Worst property ever it’s awful how she is doing things she is running it to the ground!

These apartments have changed so much in just the last few months of new ownership. The new owners are a management company that are willing to go above and beyond to make all residents in the community happy, safe and comfortable at home. The new owners have came in and made great renovations that make these apartments stand out and look fabulous. They have redone the flooring, paint, appliances, Hvac systems, and so much more. You really have to just come check out all of these Amazing updates that make these apartments modern now! The new property manager is OUTSTANDING in her job and will do whatever she can to make you Happy in the community for which you call home. The Approval process for getting into a new apartment is SO quick and easy. They also added a great size fenced in dog park that will allow you to take you furry pets outside to enjoy the weather and run around..( yes, pet friendly)!! They also are still in the stages of renovating...which means more great stuff for you!!! I would recommend any one to come on in and talk to Ms.kim and make this small community your home!
