      image We reccomend Mr. Fergie to everyone. He is easy to talk to and makes what can be a stressful situation simple. He doesn't make you feel rushed on phone calls or during visits. He makes home visits to discuss your plan. He listens, understands, and finds the insurance company that is best suited for your needs all at no cost to you when looking for a medicare supplemental insurance. This is a service I wish everyone would take advantage of and Mr. Fergie is by far the most pleasant to work with. He also will keep you up to date on your plan and works to make changes if needed in advance if possible.

      image Carl has been my insurance agent for 5 years and is exceptional at taking care of all my insurance needs. He stays on top of my medical policy, medicaid and my problems if I have a company trying to interfere with me getting my coverage or not.
      Besides all that he is a very knowledgeable person. My daughter went with me the 1st time I met him and she was impressed. Being a veteran resource counselor for the state of Tennessee she recognized a smart and informed person who knew what he talking about, add his character, he is a person with integrity and compassion . I recommend him to anyone looking for someone who actually cares.

I know very little about how to find a health insurance company and what all I need to do, but Carl stepped in and made the process very simple. If he doesn't know something, he will take the time to do the research for you so that he's sure he's giving you the best care. I am very thankful for his help in taking the burden off of my shoulders. If you need health insurance, Better Call Carl!
