        Ordered a plant to be delivered to my wife on our 5th anniversary today. Still at 5 they had not delivered it, so she had to leave work. I will not use this service again and I will strongly recommend others to use something else.

        Shop failed to deliver flowers on Valentine's Day. Talked to Jared on the phone, who was rude and unwilling to do anything to compensate for the situation. Terrible shop and customer service. Don't waste your money!

        Placed an order for 34th wedding anniversary.  Today at 5:08pm on our anniversary day no flowers.  This is just unacceptable.  Never use these people!  If you can't meet the demands of your business Flower Pot, don't accept my order.  I wish I had seen their ratings before I ordered from this place.  HORRIBLE!!!!
