Alan and his company are incredible. The thoroughness of his inspection was more than I could have ever expected and his final compilation was worth every penny. Providing specific feedback on all aspects of the home, the binder he provided us was literally inches thick and not only addressed the issues he had seen but also how to care for the home in the years to come. Would definitely use his company again

Thank you to Alan Chase for doing such a thorough job of inspecting our house. After researching his website, I knew he was the inspector for us. My wife and I had a few issues we were worried about. We tagged along (although she was unable to take the entire day off) with Al during the inspection so he could give us his opinion of the issues. Once she heard his interpretation, my wife headed on to work. I remained with Al and he found several things that needed to be fixed or monitored. Our biggest issue, which we had not seen yet, occurred in the crawl space. Thanks to Al for pointing out this issue, as we were able to work with our sellers to have the problem remedied. Thanks to his thorough inspection and detailed explanation, we had plenty of documentation when we negotiated with the sellers. For the smaller items, he suggested the best ways to fix the problems and his detailed inspection report also includes these suggestions. I will be able to handle the smaller repairs, and I am very thankful for his help and advice. Thank you to Al for his awesome inspection. While I hope we don't have to purchase another house anytime soon, if I do, I want Al to be the one to inspect it. Well worth every penny!
