Farmers Insurance - Adam McKenry

I've been working with Adam for over 10 years and he has always been very tentative to my needs. Anytime I need something done he's quick to act on my request. Good customer service and over the years he's had a great friendly staff. 10 years later and I'm still a customer!

There is completely inconsiderate and unhelpful, then there’s a whole other level of worthlessness that adam and farmers show. Their service of their at fault clients accident has made our life a complete pain. The farmer agent adam has shown a complete lack of any competence or decency. Not knowing your clients info and situation is one thing, but refusing to look it up to assist and do your job is a whole new level of worthless. What should have been an easy few day process has turned into weeks with no resolution in site. He and farmers are the reason insurance companies are viewed as sewer scum. Avoid him and farmers at all cost. A formal complaint will be made to the overseeing insurance agency of his state.
