Timeless Remodeling

Matt was great to work with. His quality of work was excellent and we will be using his services again with our next project. This is an updated review for work just finished (1/8/20) by Timeless Remodeling. Again, Matt and John did excellent work, in an efficient manner and at a fair price. I honestly can not imagine hiring anyone else for any future work at our home. Fair, honest and quality work all the way around.

We have had several terrible experiences with contractors so it was nice to be referred to Matt. When we contacted him for the quote, he was friendly and thorough. After we hired him, he showed up when he said he would be there. He was great at communicating when he was coming and leaving. He was dependable. He worked hard and always tried to do everything we asked. We originally hired him to put in a brand new bathroom in our basement but then we hired him for 2 more jobs after that. If you want your job done right then, hire Matt.

I cannot say enough about the level of customer service Matt (owner of Timeless Remodeling) provided throughout our bathtub remodel process. From the very beginning, he was not only available via e-mail, but via text message and phone as well. I was able to ask him questions about the process, materials, etc. whenever needed. I know that this cannot be said for many other professionals in this field, who might only be reached during “normal business hours”. Matt did whatever he could to get our project completed in the timeframe needed. He worked around our schedule, including working on one evening. I was so impressed with his willingness to work whenever he could and his work ethic. He was also always friendly and approachable. I know that Matt had other jobs scheduled, but he never made us feel that he was focusing on some other job during our remodel. That impressed me as well. We are so happy with the end-result of our bathtub remodel. The custom tile is breathtaking and Matt’s attention to detail was excellent. I am a very detail-oriented person, so as a customer, I had high expectations and Matt did not disappoint. When I was concerned about even the smallest detail, Matt was available to give suggestions. In the end, Matt’s price for this job was more than fair. I did receive multiple quotes before contacting Matt and getting a quote from him. Had I gone with a larger scale bath remodel company, I would have paid more than double the price and would not have had the custom tile that Matt installed! I am so glad that I decided on Timeless Remodeling and I can confidently say I think you will be too!
