Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Received a personal phone call, as I am out of state in the District of Columbia to make sure the arrangement would be satisfactory if slight changes had to be made to the arrangement. The arrangement was beautiful and well worth the money spent.

When I discovered my online floral order couldn't be delivered until after Mother's Day; I decided to reach out to a local florist in the zipcode of the city the flowers were going to be sent. I contacted Henley's Flowers & Gifts because I liked their reviews and they offered the exact floral arrangement I wanted initially. And the owner's kindness and concern gave me confidence to make the purchase. She was also able to include the Cymbidium Orchid flowers that were a part of the arrangement which was remarkable during this year's flower shortage and my short notice. Although, the very best part was my Auntie loving them! Thank you, Henley's.
