Lance with XWash was super thorough. A great service at a reasonable price. After my wash, I noticed one side of the roof wasn't really as clean as the rest. I texted Lance and he came out, walked the roof to see what was going on, and put in the work to make sure the whole roof was clean up to his standards (which are high!) You won't be disappointed with XWash!

Absolutely amazing! I recently had my deck and fence stained and it left some stain residue on my house. These guys were hired by the staining company to come in and clean up. So, I did not actively choose this company but, I would hire them in a heartbeat. They made sure to cover my front door, deck railings, and outlets to ensure no damage was done. They even went above and beyond and sprayed down my patio and back deck! The individual who did it was extremely professional and kind. I would highly recommend for any pressure wash / cleaning needs!

X-Wash completed my job on 4/18/2022 and I was extremely pleased. He not only arrived right on time and then went right to work. He was pleasant and even very protective of my robin and bluebird nests

Lance with Xwash was very professional. Scheduled the appt he contacted me prior to confirm and even had a spot open up earlier so got the job done a day sooner. My house before had black spot on it and looked very faded after he was done it looks so much more vibrant and clean.
