I can tell they truly care about their clients and whats best for us. I rest easy knowing that I can sit back and relax while they go above and beyond taking care of the details.

I contacted CPA based on a referral. Overall, I was quite disappointed but hung in there thinking it was my lack of understanding of what to expect from a relationship with a CPA.I was impressed with John's knowledge on our initial call, so I sent him my info and numbers and he filed my taxes. Went pretty smoothly. No problem. I had told him I am looking for a relationship with a CPA to build for years in order to guide my career of investing and so forth. So, over the rest of the year I would ping him from time to time with questions. He would respond with one or two lines after a week or two most times.He filed my taxes a second time, this time there was a fee assessed by the IRS for not filing something properly. I bit the cost, and decided to take him to lunch to reset the tone and see what we needed to do to communicate better and align our goals. I got some pretty good feedback and his pitch was exactly what I was looking for: Tax Strategy. It's his specialty! I wasn't 100% on board but decided to keep trying. After a few more months of laugh-able, lazy responses, I knew it was time to look elsewhere for a CPA relationship.Even though they were one star for me, I gave them 2 stars because I think some of the failed dynamic was me and my young career.

Amazing service from this company.  I have been a client for 14 years and have been so pleased with their knowledge and intellect on bookkeeping, taxes, and anything that has to do with accounting and business. They seem to really care about their customers and giving them the guidance and support they need.  They are very honest and customer service oriented.I wouldn't trust anyone else! I have referred many people here and they all have been very pleased.

Professional, experienced, and friendly. Like having your friend do your financial planning, only if your friend was actually smart and insightful. Have been with CPACG for years, and have no plans to leave.
