Yes, it is terrible when I simply want to speak to them. When they do return my call, it is 3 months later. I would like to have better communications.

This HOA is terrible. They do not return calls. They do not reply to emails. The only time I hear from them is when I receive the annual bill in the mail. I wish there was something I could do about this!
