Mr. McNally handled my case with so much care and respect. I was very stressed out during the whole process but he kept me calm and assured me he would do his best. He got me off with probation and I couldnt be more thankful to him. He communicates with you through the whole process and keeps you up to date with everything. He’s so rude and disrespectful. He’s doesn’t respect poc or at least in my experience of talking to him at all, he only using our cases as a publicity stunt. Everytime I asked a question or a statement he cut me short and the conversation altogether was very frustrating. I would not recommend him at all. The previous reviews about this man is very misleading.

Mr. McNally is working on an appeal for my son. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He is also compassionate and is very responsive which is extremely huge when you are going through an appeal process and there is family separation. I highly recommend him and I trust him.

My daughter and I needed a criminal defense attorney in Tennessee to defend her on a murder charge. We lived in Oregon and did not know any Tennessee lawyers.
