My mom is on Tn Care. She had been using this company for over a yr for her oxygen and they show up at her door and deman 100.00 or they will take her oxygen she called me I call the office to pay and get the voice mail so by the time I leave a message and I call my mother back the man is gone with her oxygen machine. And before we can get oxygen with another company my mother has to call 911 and be taken to hospital by ambulance and was ICU for 2 days and to beat it all my sister called Tn care and a bill had not even been submitted to Tn Care for payment So Please what ever you do DO NOT PUT THE LIFE OF SOMEONE YOU LOVE IN THE HANDS OF THESE CARELESS individuals

Been with the company for almost a year and still dealing with them not ordering the right parts for my consumable cpap equipment. Called to talk to someone about billing and was told it would be better if I went somewhere else.
