Had a lightning strike/power surge that killed most of the electronics and appliances in my house. Called Bethany and she explained to me the options I had with my insurance and got me taken care of quickly. Highly recommend Bethany Harbin / State Farm.

Just wanted to thank Bethany for her outstanding customer service..And her patience with me says alot about her dedication to State Farm as well. She definitely went above her job level just to help me with the policy that fit my needs. Also. I personally apologize Bethany for coming across as being rude as I was not raised that way. I have had the most fantastic experience ever in my insurance life history @ this agency. I met Liza first and she was sooooo efficient, focused and pleasant! I also met Ragan a few moments later and thought she was well versed, knowledgeable and proficient. I will recommend this agency to those I know because of the excellent and great service I received!!!! S U P E R B !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
