Brian and his team at Waterstone were amazing in every aspect. Everything went incredibly smooth because of their professionalism and forward planning throughout the mortgage process. Having worked In the real estate industry for nearly 20 years I have seen it all. Mortgages and housing is what I do everyday, so I was completely prepared for what was coming. The entire purchase process was rough, but by no fault of the bank. The purchase I made was held up in probate court, and in the meantime I had several other purchases happening in unison. The team Brian has put together was pure class, and their attention to detail were the only reason we made it to the finish line. Couldnt be happier with the service I was provided, as this was not a cut and dry situation. Hoping to once again have the opportunity to use them for a mortgage in my future! 5 STARS!
