The hotel was average. The lobby is very nice looking and the room had decent space and good AC.
We checked in late the first day and the overnight guy was very accommodating. The first room we were in, the AC had a constant high pitched buzzing so they switched us.
The reviews about the showers are accurate - limited hot water and ours had very little water pressure.
The area the hotel is in is very pretty but a little dead. About 15 min to the heart of Nashville. Great if you have a car though parking at the hotel is $30/night.

Not even worth 1 star! I just called the front desk to update my reservation and was told by the person answering the phone that she is "too busy to help me"! Wow, Marriott - do better with your customer service. I'll be canceling my reservation, thanks!

This hotel disappointed on several fronts: rude front desk, poor Wi-Fi, receiving a handicap room despite loyalty status and payment for regular room, expensive parking fees, luke warm water, broken shower head, and no digital key option via Marriott App. Getting two stars though because the lobby/rooms are nice. Also, no complimentary breakfast or coffee but there is a starbucks in the lobby.
