Cannonburgh moving and storage

Cannonburgh agreed to do business and received deposit two weeks before the move and canceled on me four days before the move. Very unpleasant experience.

I would not recommend them for a move. I asked them to move all large furniture from our home and any boxes that I had packed. they were slow, unprofessional, and didn't do even the basics of moving (which is floor and door protection). Two times I had to ask them to move on to different tasks because they were moving so slow. After 11 hours and doing maybe 75% of the work we had originally asked they finally left my house. This left us with lots of stuff to do at an additional cost us. Save yourself the stress and choose someone else. I did reach out to them and go into detail on our issues and I heard nothing back. Another level of unprofessionalism.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Anew Cannonburgh Moving. They were fast, efficient, respectful of my belongings, and even filled me in on local stores and attractions in my new neighborhood. Moving is a hectic and stressful time, so the customer service I received was very much appreciated and I will highly recommend these movers to my friends and colleges.

These guys moved our furniture today and did a great job!!! They were on time, organized, and efficient.

The packing and loading/unloading crews were great. We were told we could pay with a cashiers check or credit card but when it came time to pay with a credit card they said it would be 3% extra for the transaction fee...several hundred dollars! So we had to drive 60 miles to meet a family member at their bank to get a cashiers check. Big hassle that could have been prevented if they had told us about the transaction fee up front.
