BB's Grooming & Boutique

I loved this place and I have tried many groomers in Nashville over 5yrs and they were the best! My dogs cuts were exactly the way I wanted and they smelled sooooo good! I will be back soon for sure.

My dogs (Shih Tzu/Yorkshire Terrier mixes) have not had a haircut since last Spring. With a year's worth of hair, it was time to get them groomed. We've been taking our dogs to various PetSmart locations since they were born. Two locations back in Kentucky, one in Smyrna, the one in 100 Oaks, and the one in Brentwood. The reason we bounced around between all those locations is because we moved around a lot the past few years. My wife and I have been procrastinating but last Friday (6/14/2013), when she attempted to schedule both of them for bath/grooming/nail trimming, both the PetSmart locations in 100 Oaks & Brentwood were booked for the ENTIRE weekend. My wife really wanted to get them groomed and I told her I recalled seeing a "mobile dog grooming" truck near our neighborhood on the way home one day and took a picture of the website. I ended up calling them that Friday and lo and behold and I am CONFIDENT we have a new groomer for our dogs. The benefits include 1) cheaper price than PetSmart, 2) short turnaround time for washing/haircuit/nail trimming for 2 dogs (a little less than 3 hours for both dogs), 3) great last minute availability, 4) very nice/professional shop, 5) great staff. It's important to note that the price that's cheaper than PetSmart is because I opted to bring the dogs in (we live very close). For those of you wondering, the mobile grooming tacks on a $20 charge to come to your home. My dogs looked very well groomed and they weren't as "nervous" going there (my dogs hate going to PetSmart). The staff is very friendly. I will definitely be going back to BB's Grooming! The workers are super friendly, and the store is SOOOO cute! They have gourmet dog treats, clothes, food, accessories, and toys. Regular prices are very reasonable, and there is also some clearance. My dogs looked SO clean and fluffy and smelled SO good when I picked them up. I could tell they had been in good hands. I liked it so much that I booked my next appointment before I left! You will not be disappointed at BB's Grooming & Boutique.

I have taken my Pekinese to BB's on several occasions and the staff was very friendly, professional and they did a great job on my Pekinese. In fact, it's the only groomers that my dog is not scared of. The pricing was very reasonable and the owners were so kind and patient with my dog which is a rescue and not overly agreeable. I have read the negative comment from "Jane Doe" and will never believe that these great animal lovers did anything of the sort. Of course when someone leaves a comment and signs it "Jane Doe", that in itself should tell everyone what kind of person you dealing with. A+++++

I love BB's Grooming!! I took my persian cat there to get her hair cut. They did an amazing job. She looked like a little lioness.....Friendly and personable.....will go there again. Oh yeah, they are about 30% less than Petco or Pet Smart.
