He offers competitive pricing and explains in great detail what the problem is and how they are going to solve it. Pioneer Dispatch is communicative and their techs are always on time. We've used them for total home projects and minor fixes and maintenance. They have us as a partner for life for our home and rental property.

Very disappointed with them. I made an appointment to have someone look at my mini split because I had no heat and they made the appointment then cancelled it because they could not work on mini split units. Very disappointed.

Vince Patrozzi came out to do a maintenance service on my bath because of a leak .He is always so professional and kind .I will always use pioneer and frog for my home maintenance .They are simply The best .

Vince Petrozzi came out to determine what course of action we needed to take on replacing copper pipes in our old home. Richard Shank and Michael Germano came out to install the next day. During the process we noticed an issue with the HVAC due to a leaky water pipe above the unit and they sent out Michael Miller to make the repairs which were all covered under the units warranty. Branden Frazier And Michael Mayfield came out to fix a few things that needed tightening up after the big pipe replacement job. Joel Sanboeuf fixed an electrical/HVAC issue that was caused during the big freeze we had recently. Andrew Almond took care of a plumbing leak in our garage caused by the freeze Needless to say we have had our fair share of technicians over the winter but they have all been professional, on time, and got the job done
