This company is very respectful and courteous. I had issues with my water bill going up which appeared to be a leak. After getting scheduled for someone to come out and find a leak, Shane was sent and was very knowledgeable on what was going on. He immediately found the problem I was having with my water. He was also very professional and explained everything in detail to help me understand what was going on. I would highly recommend this company if you need to find a leak in you water line.

ALD sent Mike out to evaluate our pool for a leak. After an hour of sitting on his phone and smoking cigarettes he called me out to say that there was a crack in the plaster and the only way to fix it was to completely replaster my pool. Lucky for me Mike had just left his buddys pool repair company and could get me a good deal on the replaster and tried to give me the contact info. I said to include it in the report (which unsurprisingly he didnt want to do). At no point was he able to actually demonstrate the water loss with the leak dye, just kept saying that it was unrepairable and the whole pool needed to be redone. I got a second opinion where they actually demonstrated where the leak was and said that the whole pool definitely did not need to be redone and made the repair on the spot. Zero water loss in over a month.
