Bill Chance and Chelsea Owens are extremely unresponsive and unprofessional in a new subdivision in Nolensville. No responses to email, phone calls or email to concerns. Stay away from any property managed by CMA.

Bill Chance at CMA has been great to work with. He gets repairs taken care of in a timely manner and is always very helpful, and professional.

Never hired them to be your HOA. They are extremely disrespectful. Will never return your phone calls. They think they are the bosses

This management company is a complete disaster. We live in a subdivision in Franklin and I don't think I ever received a response to any my emails or phone calls. My daily schedule is packed and I don't have the time to drive to the office every time I have questions or concerns. This definitely seems to be company-wide problem because we've gone through 3 different community managers in the past 2 years with barely any improvement over time. I know a group of people who are ready to take the issues to the board - we need some changes! Also, what kind of company has a 2.4 rating on Maps and still does absolutely nothing to improve customer satisfaction?
