John Rochford has helped me close two investment property purchases and he and his team did a fantastic job! Brenda Lewis in his office was very organized and had all the paperwork for the transaction organized so when my husband and I walked into closing it was ready to close with no errors! Post closing they mailed me copies of the documents. John has been (and is always available) to consult on various types of Real Estate transactions whether they are purchases, sales, primary residence and investment property.
