DO NOT work for this company! DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They will fire you for no good reason! Here's my experience with ALI. I went into this job hopeful, after a very financially difficult period. Good pay, and a great schedule, nice people. On my first two days I watched 3 people walk out. I wondered why they would ever leave. It seemed like a good job. Now, I had no prior factory experience, so everything was all new to me. After just ONE WEEK, they pulled me aside and FIRED ME because they didn't feel I was learning how to use the machines fast enough. Now my fiance and I are back in the same boat..Thank you Advanced Labelworx Inc for getting my hopes up at a better life and firing me while I was still being trained. Thanks for taking food off my table, thanks for denying me a source of income, so I may now probably lose my car so I can't even get work elsewhere, and thank you for not even giving me time to learn the job proper or even get back on me feet financially. As bad as I hate to wish unemployment on others, I hope this company falls apart and there's nobody there to bail them out, just like there's nobody there to bail out the hard workers willing to learn that ALI just throws away. This is how ALI treated me, a worker who was never late during my short time there and was always eager to learn and get better at my job. My life is about to fall apart, all because ALI wouldn't give me a decent amount of time to learn a new job in a new field.

A great place to work because of the people. ALI is made up of like-minded employees who work extremely hard towards a shared goal. Our pace can be fast at times and is largely dictated by customer needs, but there is a great group of folks here who enjoy working hard together. The company is constantly taking steps towards continuous improvement and is making investments in new technology to stay on top of industry trends and changes.
