If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Preston did my dining room floor a few years ago and did a fantastic job.Our maid had sprayed some kind of polish on one area and made it very slick. Told Preston about it and he came right out the same day and took care of the issue and would not even accept payment from me. If that's not awesome after the sale customer service I don't know what is. This is the only company you should call to care for your wood floors and Thank you Preston for being such a great Person. Amazing results, exceeded expectations! Preston and his crew (Kathy and Jared) are terrific, HARD WORKING, people. I hired them to perform sandless refinishing of the floors at my business, SailAway Learning. After ripping up carpet that had been there for years, one room had carpet tattoos where the matting had transferred ink due to steam cleaning (see pic), while other rooms had pet stains. Dont expect it to look like new unless youve hired them to sand it down. I wanted the character that comes with age to shine thru, thus I didnt expect flawlessness, just a clean finish that shinedlike an old-school ship, and thats precisely what I got with the pleasure of meeting very fine individuals.
