Two dot was absolutely ridiculous. They wanted the same info multiple times. I was so tired of them. We found somewhere else because we couldn't be sure we would be approved. The owners should find a better way to get approvals. Ourssl should have been a slam dunk.

Honestly, these guys are awesome. Between the amenities, and friendliness of staff it doesn't get much better. Also being able to walk around and feel safe is a huge plus. I've lived in quite a few different apartment complexes over the years, and I can easily count how many times work orders went undone, phone calls not returned, or just a feeling of nastiness etc was present. But here I've felt none of that, I actually feel like I enjoy where I live for a change. And speaking of work orders, if you have a problem or something goes wrong, they get it done quickly. I put in a work order just today and it was done same day. I was pleasantly surprised given past experiences at other places it really gives someone piece of mind. Definitely a top notch place!

We recently moved into a new 3-bedroom unit and are extremely happy with it! Taylor helped us from the day we inquired to the day we moved in. We also submitted a work order for our water temp to be adjusted and Dave was there to fix it in less than 30min! My wife and I feel extremely welcomed and are very happy with our decision to become part of this community.

Best place in Oak Ridge to live. The floor plans are nice and everyone that works here is great! Plus, it's conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and ORNL.
