Will not be buying anything here again, went to purchase gas and nice and the overnight attendant had an attitude the whole time and was slamming stuff on the counter. My wife went in to use the restroom and the had the bathrooms locked, when she asked him about it he stated he wasn't cleaning them again and walked off, she said you don't have to be rude, and the said well you're just a butch, you can hold it. If the owner of this pilot is reading this, you need to have a serious discussion with your employees about how to treat customers, we drove a long way and very few places are open at 1 in the morning.

Disgusting!! Half the coolers were empty and the line was out the door for what they did have. The floor was covered in peculiar black spots (probably spills or dirt). Put Your Gatorade’s in the coolers BEFORE YOU GO smoke

Clean restroom, huge variety of snacks including Hispanic snack foods, and Cinnabon ready to eat. Only downside is the $151 hold that Pilot charges to some cards. Was able to use mine fine afterwards because it was a credit card, but debit users may notice their card decline after they’ve purchased gas at the pumps. Prepay inside. I will say that the female cashier with blond hair who was working around 3:45 on 7/30/21 was awesome. I asked her about the $151 charge, and she explained it to me calmly and kindly. I’m sure she’s been screamed at over that before (I work in gas, too, so I get it), but she was super kind and not the least bit annoyed in explaining it. Good on her.
