One phone call and utter disappointment. I called as a new client and asked about a CPA in order to do our 2016 tax returns. The individual I spoke with on the phone was completely clueless, and informed me that I had to become a client first. I asked her to elaborate on becoming a new client & when i informed her that we are not business owners but do have rental properties & have always had a CPA prepare our tax returns she responded by saying "if you don't have a business, they're not taking any new clients".
Wow!....we moved to this area from out of state in January but apparently this company is not interested in any new business. Good luck to them! They must be independently wealthy.
