I was a patient & friend to Stephen and LuAnna Givens for 10 years. They were both happy to retire & move closer to their kids & grandchildren. They sold their practice to Dr.Jenny Shutt in December 2018.

I would give a zero rating, if that was an option. My husband has been in so much pain for months now (on and off pain for a couple of years) and has been seeing Dr Givens during this time. My husband has went to him several times in the last few months because of the pain and Dr Givens did not even do any xrays, he went for a second opinion, and he has an impacted abscess. Which could be life threatening. Needless to say after years of my husband telling Dr Givens he is in pain with this tooth, his only option now is to see a dental Specialist for a proper root canal or have it pulled. Which would have been easily detected with an xray. Not only that but Dr Givens crowns contionously fall off, within a month of being put on. My husband went to him 5 times over 1 crown, and Dr Givens charged him and his insurance EVERY TIME to glue it back on. This is not the only crown that has done this. After consulting another dentist, the dentist told him there was not enough tooth there and it would never hold a crown and he could not believe that Dr Givens #1 had not told him this and #2 charged him each time to glue it back on, knowing that it would not hold. I am beyond furious...this is insurance fraud at its finest and I am still contemplating calling and reporting Dr Givens and his office to the Better Business Bureau. I would NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone. I am just thankful that my husband finally went for a second opinion.

They are very friendly very clean the Doctor is good his gentle and I would recommend any one to him
