I cannot give enough accolades about this auto shop ! I was completely stranded late afternoon this past August as I was driving across country. A previous auto shop the day before had completely misdiagnosed what was wrong in my engine, and I absolutely crawled into Smyrna Auto Shop at 4pm. Not only did they diagnose (correctly) what was wrong in 10 minutes, they tried to get the parts that afternoon so they could work late to repair the car. Unfortunately, the engine was too hot to work on, so they drove me to a hotel in town. They were such gentlemen ! The car was repaired by late morning, and I was on my way, with no further incident. Every person there was kind, and hard working. I wish they were located in my city, I would go to them for every repair on our cars.

The older man running the phones and front desk is EXTREMELY rude. After bringing in my car for an issue that was fixed day of the issue returned not even 12 hours later. After looking at my receipt I was shown that I was charged for them to wiggle some wires, now I wasn’t initially looking for a refund just wanted to see if there was anything else they noticed, he said that they like to do the bare minimum, and that it wasn’t his fault my cables had damage when I brought it in. Now I had never told him that my compress cables were damaged I just told him my husband’s mechanic noticed something was wrong. So this was something they noticed when I brought it in. After 10 minutes of him yelling at me while I remained calm I asked for a refund. He told me to screw myself, have someone else fix it and when I asked for contact information to an owner he hung up on me.
