I was so impressed with JC from our first interaction. He was so helpful and informative while making recommendations for my drainage issues. JC was honest and upfront and I felt zero pressure to add services I didn't need. The entire staff was courteous, responsive, and professional. His crew put in 10-12 hour days in extreme heat to complete my job on time, and they did it with smiles! They always showed up on time, returned every call/text within minutes, and kept their word. We used Nashville Dirtworks for a couple projects recently. We had them dig a drainage swale and re-sod the area. The crew did a great job and the swale is working as expected. We also had the crew come weed, trim and add rocks to several flower beds in the front and back of the house. JC was able to get his crew scheduled quickly and the work looks great! Nashville Dirtworks definitely understands both sides of the business --- the actual labor site, and the communication/business side. Nashville Dirt Works absolutely tranformed our backyard! From a uneven dirt pit to a gorgeous green heaven for our family and dogs! They were kind, professional, on time and super friendly! From the time I met JC I felt comfortable. He listened to what my wife and I had in mind for our front yard and then he advised us in the right direction. From time frame of getting job measured to laying out a swale for drainage, to describing the different varieties of grasses was so professional. We made an agreement in the fall but timing or weather was not good so we postponed till first week of May. JC contacted us a few weeks before hand and let us know we were on. After that they came in on time and the crews were all awesome. Great communication and worked diligently and used time effectively. The sod is beautiful the swale is working like a charm.
