Riatta Ranch

This place is the most unprofessional place to live at. I lived here for 2 years and yes when I first moved in it was a great experience it was my very first apartment. Didnt really know to much on how things worked when getting into an apartment. I would put in requests all the time they wouldnt get to them in a timely manner not to include that the maintenance emergency number they had listed never worked. Landi and Kristina are very unprofessional!!!!! Dont get me started on the maintenance, they would use my bathroom tissue to let me know they finished a job. My apartment was never cleaned when I moved in. I went to go look at my apartment after signing the lease and there where stray cats running out the apartment. This place is horrible. Oh yeah and my bath tub NEVERRRR worked it stayed clogged I would put in multiple requests and when it was fixed they would snake my drains and leave black stuff from the drain everywhere. My floor would leak all the time because of the water coming off the a/c . Just a horrible place to live at! The pictures are water leaking into the hot water heater!!

Im really interested in leasing here at Riatta Ranch but it is becoming very frustrating that it is nearly impossible to get any one the phone for a simple update about my application or inquiry about a tour!!!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of the office and maintenance staff here. Landi and Christina are both absolutely wonderful. Ive had to deal with apathetic, paper-pusher type folks before, so when I got to Riatta Ranch it was a breath of fresh air to meet with folks so genuine and pleasant. Moreover, the maintenance staff are always fantastic. Raul is probably one of my favorite people - hes such a pleasant and personable guy. When we first moved in we were having AC trouble (because record high summers will do that anywhere), but Raul and the office staff took initiative and were very thorough in getting the matter resolved! There were a few minor hiccups during move in, but nothing that hasnt been rectified! Its extremely refreshing to know that the staff here are easy to reach and very helpful if I encounter an issue I cant handle myself. My neighbors are all friendly and courteous, and the grounds are always well maintained. The folks at Riatta Ranch know what theyre doing. Im very grateful to have ended up here!
