I give Hendrick Trauma nurses an F. Respect would be too much to except. How bout asking people to do something instead of telling them what to do. Because the last 3 visits were so bad, I got bad vibes and left. Oh and I'm sick of their frast food mentality too. I took my mother to that trauma center because she couldn't go. They just decided she was constipated. They were in their were in their fast food mentality and didn't care enough to do further tests, even though she didn't have any results from the fleets. The sent he home. Her pain worsened. At the other hospital, they discovered she had cancer everywhere. I did what she had aways asked. I had her transferred home. She died 6 days after being seen by the doctor and nurses. Once, I had almost cut my big toe. I was sitting. waiting to be seen. A nurse told me to go outside because I was getting blood on her floor.

Nurses wonderful but was released too early and with rash all over body after calling they did not care and were rude. I'm mortified and weak not healed was told there were no beds to keep me longer. Keep in mind I was in ICU and forced to leave sooner than I should have. Family and friends upset.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had at an ER. I showed up and checkin in at 5:00p.m. With very severe symptoms of the flu and when they did an EKG and checked my temp I was having a fever of 102.68, I couldnt breathe, and I was hysterical and BAWLING my eyes out because my entire body felt like I got hit by a bus. They continued to make me go sit in the waiting room until they pulled me back for an x-ray bout 20 mins later, then they make me go back to the waiting room once again as I waited FOR 4 1/2 HOURS, I finally got into a room at around 9:00 p.m. as I waited in the room for another hour and they STILL did not have any test results, were not checking on me at all, and were not even offering a cup of water or for the T.V. To be turned on. They took so long because when I was in the waiting room they called my name when I was asleep, assumed I left instead of PROFESSIONALLY making sure I was still there waiting, and discharged me while I was still waiting. How unprofessional and immature of a medical business to do how stupid can someone be??? My fever was getting worse and worse so eventually I just told my nurse to take the stuff off of and out of my arm I was going home and I didnt want the treatment. What a waste of time. DO BETTER PEOPLE. Medical industry is filled with people who dont even care anymore they just do it for the money even tho THEY TAKE AN OATH. Awful experience I will not ever step foot in that Hendrick south EVER AGAIN.
