My sister has gone in to get her eyebrows waxed and has come out with some of her eyelid missing and severe burning of her eyebrow and eyelids. This is the second time it’s happened. The first time it happened I told her never to go back but she instead that maybe it was a new person and maybe didn’t know your not supposed to rub the eyebrow with a dry towel after waxing it. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her go again and she came out with eyebrow skin missing along with upper eyelid skin missing. If your looking for a place to get your eyebrows waxed DONT GO HERE.

I took my dad there and they did a really good job. I have had my hair cut, styled and colored there and I am always very pleased. We live in Brownwood and my family of four goes there to get our hair done.

Went to get my hair done here a few months ago for a dark blue ombre, instead it came out more of an aqua blue with shades of green and only the under part if my hair was just barely close to the color I asked for. The fading was the worst part, turned out VERY green. Go to Ulta instead, was cheaper in my experience and hair also isn't as damaged as it was when I got it done here, in fact it feels like my hair before I even got it dyed.

I would really like to tell you all, how well they do with their services but unfortunately I stood there for a good 15 minutes and was ignored. another lady walked up and they were quick to be like good afternoon ma'am what can we help you with. Now at first I just figured they were busy and would get to me when they could and I totally was ok with it I 100% understood. But the moment another lady walked up and was immediately addressed I just walked out.
