Friendly people, but I dislike the fact they no longer sell or service Mahindra tractors. This was a blessing, as a more local repair shop fixed it quickly and inexpensively.

The Service Manager (Stephen Jones) is very knowledgeable and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. The Parts Department is top notch also. I have dealt with several tractor dealers and this one is the best!

I bought a dual 100 gallon tank spray rig from the Abilene location. The tank came with a hole in it and the outside of the hose had damage. Called multiple times to set up an appointment. Never could get them to set a firm time. I finally had one of my employees just take it up there and drop it off. After a couple of weeks of having it they got it fixed. I sent my employee back up there to pick it up. They charged him $120 in labor for repairs on a tank that came with these issues brand new. When I called to ask about the charge the guy pretty much told me I was lying it was a new unit and wouldn't have came that way. I hope $120 is worth losing a customer forever. We won't be going back. I'll buy my tanks else where.
