    Very poor communication, does not answer in a timely manner or complete the job how they say they will. You can do once a month or biweekly according to the owner’s wife/secretary. But according to the owner/mower they only do biweekly scheduled mowing. According to the owner weeds pulling is an add-on service but we scheduled and started the lawn service based on their secretary assuring us lawn service included pulling weeds. We had some major weeds that needed allotted time for the work and tools to be pulled. This job was never done. One of their employees told the owner it was done but it was never done. Very few weeds were pulled. They mow and then leave the grass in the flower beds and porch. When I approached the owner during an unscheduled day as we had monthly service ($65) versus biweekly ($35) each week he was rude and said “Covid has made things so difficult… people” He was not open to seeing the communication texts and not open to hearing how difficult it is to get a reply back from their secretary (his wife). He was rude about having someone else other than me facilitate the mowing contract but I don’t have the time to take so much of my weeks trying to get the company to reply back and actually come out. The owner stated that this is a second job for their company. FYI should have read the reviews online before calling. If it was told that it was just a mowing service up front I would have never gone with the company. Services: Weed control, Lawn mowing/maintenance

    We used this company for over a year starting with removing some trees then they’d cut our grass occasionally. This year, 2021, we used them for biweekly mowing. The work was always great but the customer service has gotten terrible. I can never speak to anyone on the phone, text messages and Facebook messages get read and ignored. It’s extremely frustrating because they do excellent work with great prices but when you can’t get anyone to communicate with you it gets old! I was trying to add on trimming to my weekly mowing and needed it done by a certain day but could never get confirmation so I ended our relationship with this company and found someone else. In this day and age everyone has access to their phones, messages, emails instantly. There really is no reason to not answer people within a reasonable time. If you have something going on it’s not hard to reach out and say I’m unavailable now. To clarify, this isn’t like over a day or two. It was over a period of 3 weeks of me calling, texting and getting no response back. I spoke to someone once after 4 days of calling and I tried texting the next time thinking it would be faster and easier communication and that took a day to get a response back. My last text about tree trimming never got answered and neither did my last call or text telling them we no longer needed their services. Services: Tree removal, Lawn mowing/maintenance

    Horrible owner horrible service horrible employees I wish I could find something good to say about them. The little bit they do mow does look good, too bad they skip a third of it and don't weed eat half of it.

    At first, we were promised a quote by the end of the day that I initially contacted them and then finally got a quote 4 days later. I wasn't in a hurry and wanted to stick to a local, in-town company so it wasn't a big deal but was annoying. However, once the job was done, I noticed that our gate was broken in several corners and including some bottom brackets. The breaks to my fence are fresh. If it was already damaged there would’ve been rust in the breaks by now with all the rain, we’ve had this year. I would've understood if they would've let me know after the job was done that there were some issues with my gate but nothing was ever said. I've had several other companies work on my home since we've bought it and any issues that were encountered were properly notated and we were notified as soon as the job was over. i understand things happen but to be blatantly lied to is unacceptable, extremely unprofessional and unethical for what the owner claims is an upstanding business in the community for 30 years. Also, the owner mentioned that they are bonded and insured for up to 10 million dollars but nowhere on their website or Facebook page states this "fact". It seems to me that the gate was backed into and just left in hopes of us not noticing until well after the job was done. The owner did cancel my invoice which is nice of him but to me that shows that he does take responsibility for the damage. I never once stated or asked for my bill to be cancelled because I was willing to pay for them mowing my yard, which wasn’t the issue. I'm extremely disappointed at the level of denial and blatant lies that I was told and would not recommend this company to anyone unless you know them personally because they obviously don't care about anybody else. They don't own up to damages they cause and blame the customer for things that are simply and obviously not true. I’m new to this community so unfortunately this has caused me to hesitate to want to use other local companies in the future. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance
