I’ve been doing business with them for two years now however after the last experience I won’t be giving them any of my personal nor any of my companies business. They ordered the wrong supplies and when I called them(when they finally answered) I was to to bring it back it was “there mistake “. When I brought it back I was told they don’t do refunds and it was in poor shape(just like it was given to me). So if anyone want friendly service and a quality product for there business stay away from A quality metal in Abilene Texas.

For phone issues people must realize there are only a couple people at the branch so its not easy to answer phones while outside loading a customer, patience is key. Brandon helped me out a lot with getting what I needed to make a dock plate, There were a couple hiccups but all said the outcome was acceptable.
